Nouns and verbs are parts of speech. Parts of speech are also known as word classes or lexical categories. The collection of tags used for a particular task is known as a tagset. Python was used for coding.
Setswana Morphological Analyzer
Morphology is the study of the internal structure of words. Morphology focuses on how the components within a word (stems, root words, prefixes, suffixes, etc.). Python and LUCENE library was utilized.
This tagset contains more than 20 thousands sentences translated to Setswana. It will be used for several NLP projects like translation Systems, summarization, etc.
